Brett Baker was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the Tri-Cities a few years ago. Being an avid outdoorsman, he came to find that Tri-Cities was a winning combination of winter and summertime outdoor activities.


Growing up in a family where real estate was spoken around the dinner table, Brett soaked up knowledge about the industry for almost 25 years. His love for real estate grew with each property he bought. With an entrepreneurial background in web and print marketing, Brett eventually found that combining his love of marketing with his love of Real estate was a match made in heaven. Brett has been named in the top 250 real estate agents in the United States, 4th in the state of Washington, and the number 1 agent in Tri-Cities by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal. He is regularly called on by numerous radio, tv, and industry shows to talk about his forward thinking approach to real estate.


Before becoming an agent Brett was an Air Traffic Controller with the FAA, a corporate pilot and is still rated in airplanes, helicopters and hot air balloons. He enjoys taking people flying to show them the area he calls home, and especially loves aerial photography.  Outside of real estate Brett is a competitive triathlete, Ironman athlete, and swimmer. He is almost always found on his bike, in the pool, or on a run. If you see him on the road make sure to give him a wave to say hello!
