Brett and team were excellent. He listened to my preferences for location, hone type, lot size, and price range and only linked me to homes that matched my criteria. We've had the pleasure of dealing with Brett Baker (a little bit) and our real estate agent Aurora Shiveley (primary contact) at The Baker Team. So my review is directed more towards Aurora. From first meeting her, the home viewing, the negotiations, the inspection, and now moving into the closing stage...she has gone above and beyond in helping us with this process. I'd ask her questions, and she would have an immediate, accurate response. During this home buying time, we had a previously scheduled vacation. She reassured me that she would keep me informed of the process, and she did. A lot of things nowadays can be done over the internet, Aurora explained this to me before we left. She kept in contact with me via emails, text messages and an occasional phone call. I could even sign documents via the internet using a special program they use. Our vacation was lovely, and we still progressed while I was gone. No stress whatsoever for me, and that was amazing! We're closing next week and are thrilled beyond belief. I would highly recommend Aurora Shiveley of The Baker Team....she knows her stuff! A little shout out to Brett Baker ~ he came to the rescue one morning when Aurora couldn't get the printer to work while printing off our paperwork. He traveled from Kennewick to Richland as quickly as he could, and literally raced up the stairs to get things figured out. Now that's service! Brett sold my house in two days for a bit more than asking price. Full stop. The entire process was extremely easy on my end. What impressed me the most was the photography, videography and planning that went into the marketing of my home, all of which proved to be extremely effective. Brett is a very high energy person, and this translates into high powered representation during the marketing and sale of a home. My husband and I have purchased 2 homes from Brett. The first thing he did was to sit down with me and my husband to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for in a primary residence. Finding a home to buy is stressful, selling a home at the same time is even more stressful. But working with Brett Baker and his partner Auroura made it easy!! They answered any and all questions we had in a very timely manner, always got us into houses to look at fast and were great negotiators when it came to putting a bid on a house and getting things done fast! We lived in our house since we built it back in the 90s. After our divorce, it was a very scary and emotional time for me. It was a very pleasurable experience. They made the whole process very easy. Before I got the keys to my house apparently it was left somewhat of a mess and Aurora and Brett personally cleaned up for me and then had a cleaning service come in and clean up the rest. They truly care and it has been a pleasure.

brett was great. i tried to sell my own home, it didn't work out so well. got tired of doing ti my self so I called him after I saw one of his open houses in the area. he got a lot of people to see my house quickly. i had an offer in a day for more than i thought would happen. very honest very nice guy. i would recommend.

Brett was referred to us by our sister-in-law. We bought the home sight unseen. Brett was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It was a tough time to be buying since there were so many buyers out there looking at the same homes we were. We found this home and knew it was a great fit. Brett drove over at 8am to VIDEO the entire property and sent us the video so we could see the house. We wrote the offer and he coached us through he multiple offer situation that we ended up in. He pulled the numbers on the house to make sure that we didn't overspend the value of the home. We got the house, made it through the inspection with minor repairs needed. He had one of his contractors come out and give us an estimate for the repair cost, and had it setup to be done right after the house closed. Everything closed on time, and we moved from idaho over to the new house a week after closing. Brett is far from your run of the mill agent. He truly cares about his clients and goes well above and beyond what you would expect.

I had listed my home for sale by owner after a really bad experience with another agent. Brett reached out to me a few times but to be honest, I didn't want to work with an agent. After ovre a year with my home on the market, i finally called him. He assured me that he wasn't like other agents - to which he was 100% correct. He had his photographer come out and take pictures of the house and then did whatever it was that he did for marketing. To be honest. I don't know what it was he did, but we had 3 offers by the end of the first day. So how do I feel about brett? I walked away with almost $22k more than i would've if I sold on my own. He had the home sold in a day in Horn Rapids. He had more showings in a day than I had in over a year of doing it myself. So yes, brett earned the 5 stars.

I have used brett on 4 transactions now (2 buying, and 2 selling) I will honestly never use another realtor. on multiple occasions we have had issues with appraisals, inspections, and other things and he has gone to bat for me and worked them out every time. hes not the type of realtor to give you unreal expectations on what your house is worth, but he will get you top dollar. just a great realtor with a great team.

Brett did a great Job selling my house, and with the purchasing of my new home (which I am loving!) He was VERY proactive in becoming my agent, he always made sure I had the best and most recent pictures of my house while on the market. He is extremely knowledgable about todays housing market.
